OFFSHORE ENGINEERING Ltd is currently in search of a BIM Draftsman with 5 years’ experience.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for highly qualified and committed people who can contribute to our growth and success. The Draftsman will contribute to a variety of buildings projects with the following skills and qualifications:
- Use Revit Architecture / MEP / BOQ / documentations etc...
- Use AutoCAD for 2D drawing creation and design.
- Create our customised layouts out from 3D projects
- Take responsibility for own work produced to a high standard.
- Work from Engineer’s markups and sketches under minimum supervision.
- Ensure outputs meet our required standards and agreed deadlines.
Requirements
- Proficient with 3D Design - Revit Architecture / MEP 2018
- Proficient with 2D Design - Auto CAD 2018
- Practical work experience in the building field
- Work under minimal supervision
- Proven ability to design and draft basic accessory details
- Basic understanding of cold rooms systems
- Ability and willingness to learn new programs as required by individual projects.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work on multiple assignments concurrently.
- High level of accuracy/thoroughness and attention to details.
- Must have strong communication skills (FRENCH).
- Perform BOQ calculations …
Required Experience
- Associates degree/diploma/training in drafting or minimum of 5 years related field experience.
- AutoCAD and Revit training and experience.
- Experience producing drawings for coordination with other trades a plus.
