Audit Senior (Outsourcing)

BDO Solutions Ltd is looking for Audit Seniors (Internal Grade: Team Lead) with at least 2 -4 years of experience in Audit and Accounting. The main responsibility would be ensuring completion of engagement from planning through to final reporting in line with international reporting standards

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of audit process and testing, reporting directly to Managers and Partners on engagement status and managing performance of Junior Associates
• Effectively manage client relationships
• Supervise multiple concurrent engagements and direct the preparation and completion of reports, accounts and financial statements
• Assume responsibility for completion of audit engagements supervise and review the work of Junior Associates
• Mentor and coach Junior Associates

Experience

• At least 2- 4 years of experience Audit and/ or Accounting
• Experience in Offshore Sector will be an advantage
• Experience in supervising and coaching junior members of staff
• Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards and International Standards of Auditing

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance
• Partly or Fully ACCA/ACA qualified
