SIL is currently looking for passionate people in the field of Software Development to join our Java team as Java Developers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the area of ICT;
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in software development or maintenance using JAVA/J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, Webservices, XML, JASON;
- Experience on JSF, JSP, Javascript, CSS3, HTML5;
- Knowledge in Application Server (Oracle Glassfish/Tomcat);
- Experience in Java IDE/Eclipse.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
- Ability to learn job requirements and perform effectively in short time;
- Ability to work under pressure and during odd hours to meet tight deadlines;
- Customer Service oriented and ability to negotiate with customers tactfully.
