Assist Quotation Clerk in providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management regarding quotation.

 

1). Proper E- Filling of Quotations/ Costings / BOQS / Clients incoming Emails and other documents

2). Proper Filling of Quotations and documents - hardcopy in clients file (Local & Exports)

3). Providing quotations to salesman when required to facilitate invoicing process on counter.

4). Sending Clients (Email / Fax) Quotations / Private Tender / Export Quotations / Technical Specifications

5). Answer all incoming emails related to (Request for Quotation only on Estimation)– All Queries to escalate to Salesman to answer their clients

6). Prepare Quotation on system to assist Quotation Clerk to clear daily Back logs.

7). Prepare weekly Quotation follow up report for all out going quotations.

8.) Prepare monthly Private tender follow up report to submit SM / MD

9). Monthly Quotation Compliance/ Non-Compliance Quotation Report to Submit ED

10). Request Quotation from local suppliers to help us to prepare quotations for items not available in the company

11). Prepare BOQ on Excel for Private tender project to facilitate request offers from Overseas Suppliers
