• To assist the Outlet Manager in training and development with regards to service qualityand the efficiency of the staff.

• To assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that all the staff are well aware of their duties, responsibilities and question their abilities to use proper operating skills and good control procedures.

• Oversees all Bar operational procedures and ensures that services to guests are of quality and conform to the Hotel’s standards and high reputation.
