We are looking for an Application Support Level 1 with a previous experience in Customer Service and a certification in any IT related courses

About the role:

 

As an Application Support Level 1, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, working with a team of dedicated professionals responding to customer queries via our ticketing system.

 

What you will be doing:

 

· Provide support to our customers both in and outbound, using your expertise and enthusiasm to answer their questions

· Handling all tickets that come to helpdesk ensuring all information collected is accurate and prioritized appropriately

· Taking ownership and performing proper follow up on customer requests

· Help organize and keep track of support team’s planned work

· Promote knowledge sharing and cohesive teamwork

· Answering basic application queries to customers

· Assist with general support tasks and following proper procedures

 

What you will bring:

· Excellent communication skills in French and English(written and oral)

· Previous working experience in the Customer Service

· Be empathetic, responsive and excellent at handling incoming customer helpdesk tickets

· Strong customer focus with an ability to identify and implement service and process improvements, good investigative and problem-solving skills

· Organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks

· Combined software application knowledge with excellent customer service, particularly in MS-based operating systems, MS Office Suite and various browsers

· A proven desire to continually learn and improve yourself

Working Hours :

 

- First 3 months 11:00 - 20:00 

- After  3 months -shift system - 15:30 – 00:30 and 23:00 – 07:00.

-Possibility of Work-From-Home

We’re based in Bell Village, not far from City Center Port Louis. 

5 minutes to McDonald’s,15 minutes to Bagatelle(Driving Distance). You will find Bus Stops , NTA, an Insurance Company at a walking distance.
