Apple Sales Representative

Leal Communications & Informatics Ltd is actually looking for a dynamic Sales Representative (immediate employment) for its new Ishop situated in Grand-Baie.

MAIN FUNCTION:

-        To promote and sell Apple products and provide a World Class Service to exceed customer's expectations.

-        To provide customers with accurate product information, demonstrate & promote our wide variety of products, contact customers regularly and meet sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-        To attend to customer's requests and provide timely assistance

-        To assist customers in identifying and analyzing their needs and efficiently assist customers to identify suitable products

-        To remain updated with the latest hardware/software products on the market and be aware of their features / capabilities.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

-        Minimum SC

-        Certificate /Diploma in Sales & Marketing and/or Certificate /Diploma in ICT field would constitute an advantage

-        At least 2 years’ experience in a sales environment 

-        Experience in an IT environment would constitute and advantage

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

-        Up-to-date knowledge of common Apple applications and systems 

-        Excellent communication skills (both French and English)

-        Pleasant and outgoing personality 

-        Ability and desire to sell with confidence 

-        High degree of self-motivation and ambition
