Provide full assistance to our guests' upon arrival and departure inside the airport terminal - Assist the customers in case of flight delays, loss of luggage, flight overbooking - Deliver high-level Customer Support - Oversee the daily operations of the Airport desk

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide full assistance to our guests' upon arrival and departure inside the airport terminal
- Assist the customers in case of flight delays, loss of luggage, flight overbooking
- Deliver high-level Customer Support
- Oversee the daily operations of the Airport desk
- Ensure that all operations and communication process meet our standards for maximum guest satisfaction
- Supervise the airport team and ensure safe and effective handling of operations at the airport
- Ensure that all daily reports and administrative tasks are properly fulfilled
- Deal with any guests complaints and issues in a courteous and professional manner with a thorough follow up

EXPERIENCE
- Min. H.S.C. holder with at least 5 years' experience in tourism & hospitality 
- Must be highly-customer driven
- Master both French & English perfectly (spoken)
- Very good leadership skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Well groomed with an extrovert personality
- Able to work under pressure and during odd hours (day & night including Sundays and Public holidays on shift system)
- 100% committed & reliable
