The Compliance Support Administrator role is responsible for ensuring that standards are being met by scheduling checks as defined by policy, reporting on the outcome of checks and where appropriate and making adjustments to ensure compliance.

The Compliance Support Administrator role is responsible for ensuring that standards are being met by scheduling checks as defined by policy, reporting on the outcome of checks and where appropriate and making adjustments to ensure compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To perform the necessary GMG Compliance review of existing clients in line with regulatory standards ;
- Perform detailed back-ground reviews on existing clients using an array of tools ;
- Maintain and update the PEP register as and when any change has been identified and/or informed of changes by the Client Administration Teams ;
- Review all incoming files for completeness and accuracy before submitting approved files to the Team for further handling ;
- Perform ad-hoc Compliance review ;
- Stay up to date of latest developments and requirements with regards to Compliance and file acceptance ;
- Assist the Senior Compliance to prepare monthly and quarterly report for internal governance committees ;
- Assist the team in any compliance queries from FSC, bank or any other regulatory body.
Experience & Qualifications
- CAMS / ICSA (in process of completion) or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services sector. Preferable from Legal, Compliance, or Trust administration.
