Administrative officer / assistant.
The Administrative officer is an all rounder and a day to day problem solver that ensures the good running of the business through office administrative and management tasks completion,
customer care and follow ups, secretarial, organisational, basic accounting and procurement fulfilment.
Extremely structured with a sense of leadership, the officer need to be discreet about the information he/she come across, and make use of all possible tools to help in recording and completing all tasks.
By Joining Nova Interaction, the officer will be seen as the first point of contact and the facilitator for all office related matters.
Key responsibilities
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Ensure that the offices and equipments are properly maintained.
Organise office despatch and deliveries.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by employees and clients
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Arrange travel and accommodations.
Schedule in-house and external events.
Follow Up with payables and receivables.

Related past working experience
Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Aware of the latest office gadgets and applications
Acquainted with office management systems and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
PA diploma or certification would be considered a plus
