Provide Secretarial, Clerical and Administrative support to the Finance Manager and the department
Ensure the processing and classification of documents;
Communicating with colleagues and follow up on internal and external dispatch on behalf of the Finance Manager;
Organise meetings, trips and events for the Finance Manager;
Any other cognate duties;
Holder of a Diploma in Secretarial Studies with a minimum of one year experience;
High level of confidentiality and discretion;
Time management skills;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Meticulous and organized;
Conversant with IT office tools;
