Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for Administrative Assistant (health department - 6 months contract).
Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for Administrative Assistant (health department - 6 months contract).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Man responsibilities:
- Administrative duties;
- Assist in cheque and credit advices printing;
- Sorting and distribution;
- Input, verify and review data on the IT system;
- Provide assistance to the Claims and Underwriting section;
- Liaise with the Accounts Department;
- Liaise with clinics, agents, brokers.
Qualification:
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year’s working experience.
Candidate profile:
- Be proactive, dynamic and result oriented;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written);
- Be able to handle pressure to deliver against tight deadlines;
- Be a team player;
- Have an outgoing personality with good communications skills.
