To provide clerical and administrative support to the Manager

 

Main duties:

  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondences
  •  Arrange meetings and appointments with clients
  • Welcome and direct visitors to appropriate offices
  • Schedule, draft and compile presentations, reports, agendas and minutes of meetings
  • Maintain comprehensive records while ensuring proper filing and archiving systems
  • Record daily employee attendance and leaves and compile report
  • Monitor and order stationery and other office supplies
  • Follow-up on Debtors
  • Assist with the tendering exercise

 Qualifications & Experience

  • HSC or equivalent
  • Certificate in Secretarial Duties        
  • Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

 Other Requisites

  • Excellent inter-personal and linguistic skills, both written and verbal, in English and in French
  • Detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
