Summary of the business: Lux Home is the Mauritian branch of a London based manufacturer of luxurious bespoke furniture including upholstery, cabinetry and metalwork.

Working Hours: 10 am to 6.30 pm
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Assist the manager in the daily running of the department
Liaise with supporting departments for the smooth running of the department
Maintain the filing system
Process new order enquiries
Booking travel arrangements
Assist in the preparation of production plan
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Update and supply work in progress reports to the workshop manager
Procurement
Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office

‘Can do’ attitude is a must
Basic Autocad Skills
