Our client in the Construction Industry is looking for an Administrative Accountant.
The successful candidate will be responsible of the following:
Main responsibilities
- Invoicing all claims and billing
- Preparing payments to sub-contractors weekly
- Preparing monthly salaries/wages
- Preparing pay slips
- Preparing payments to creditors monthly
- Follow ups claims and payments to receive in liaise with our Quantity surveyor
- Preparing all deposits of payments received
- Preparing cheques
- To type letters or quotations if needed
- Income money forecast
- VAT / NPF / PAYE inputs and payments via MNS (if needed)
- Any other administration works
Qualifications
- HSC level
- 2-3 years’ work experience
- Previous experience in accounts and admin environment would be an advantage
