Admin Support Officer
DUTIES
- Processing New Starter forms
- Verifying Right To Work documents (visas, passports and DBS Disclosure checks)
- Referencing new starters with their previous employers
- Dealing with pay related employee queries
- Ensuring all statutory obligations are met within required deadlines across the business relating to Right to Work, Security Vetting, DBS checks, ID badges etc., to minimise risk to the business and Operation
PROFILE
- Excellent communication in English (oral & written)
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Demonstrable IT skills – ability to use Excel is a must
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with own initiative and under your own direction
- Working hours 13h00 to 22h00.
