Myjob is looking for an Admin & Reservation Agent for one of his client located in the north east region of the island. For more information, please refer to the job description.
Job Description:
-Front Desk: Welcoming owners and guests and provide relevant information about Rental and Management services of the company
-Long Term Rentals & Resales: Assist in admin duties related to rentals and resales of company units. (schedule visits, process paperwork & contracts, etc)
-Reservations: Communicate with potential clients and help them find the best fit option
Process bookings and all related admin tasks for guests
Concierge Services: Assist guests and owners for organising any activity or service offered
Driving initiatives and recommendations which may help increase 'capture rate'
Ensure a level of satisfaction
Candidate profile:
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Very fluent in both English and French (written & spoken)
-Conscientious and organised
-Proficient in MS Word and Excel
-Culture of Excellence-Open to constructive criticism
-Hardworker
-Accountable
-Passion for customer satisfaction
-Preferable living in the north east region of the island
Other information:
Working hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30 to 17:00 and Saturdays from 8:30 to 12:30
Salary range: Between Rs 12 000 - Rs 15 000
