Responsabilities for Accounting Department :
Responsible for Credit application for all clients
To be responsible for the invoicing of Inspection and insurance Jobs
To prepare sales orders and credit notes
To process sales invoices
To reconcile Debtors with statements of account
To attend queries from Debtors
To be responsible for Debtors chasing of the group
Prepare weekly reports (expected and actual receipts)
OSTLS – Check the claim from staff and prepare a summary for Payroll Executive
To maintain records by making copies, filing documents and to ensure the filing system is complete
Responsibilities for HR department :
to prepare excel with staff info for payroll to input on sageto compute refund of travelling to site upon reception of OSTLS
to verify and scan all documents for new staff
maintain HR filing system
to assist the PA with organisation of CEO, Managers trips/mission overseas
to handle occupation permit application for expats
to maintain staff files
to prepare all correspondance with staff
Good writing skills in french and English
