Experience and Qualification - Proven 2-3 years working experience in the accounting field - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Strong attention to details and confidentiality - Computer literate - ACCA partly qualified
- Process monthly journal entries
- Update fixed assets register on a monthly basis
- Prepare and reconcile inter-company balances
- Maintain general ledgers
- Reconcile general ledgers with statutory returns
- Reconcile payroll with general ledgers
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Monthly closing and prepare monthly management accounts
- Help in the preparation of periodic reports, analysis and schedules for management
- Assist with the implementation and maintain proper internal controls in the company
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
