Assist the Accountant in all jobs relating to Purchase with local suppliers and overseas Coordinate with stockeeper to ensure availability of stock

Searching of local suppliers and request for quotes

Track orders and communicate on delivery date

Prepare and Scan purchase order

Assist in complying list of local suppliiers

Maintain updated records of purchased products

Assist in the preparation of reports and cost analysis

Monitor and check stock level

Assist in performing costing of equipment

Assist in stocktake and internal audit of radio

Updating status of old radio on trackasset
