We are looking for an Accountant for Riche Terre Mall.
Main Duties:
- Prepares monthly management accounts and yearly financial accounts.
- Assists management in the preparation of yearly budget and the 3-years plan.
- Ensuring monthly invoicing to customers done in a timely manner
- Debtors & Creditors Management including follow-ups.
- Oversee statutory submission including TDS, VAT, and Corporate Tax
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of accounts and maintain proper accounting records
- Implement and/or maintain accounting control procedures.
- Preparation of monthly & quarterly management reporting packs, including variance reports.
- To deal with Internal Auditors, External Auditors, financial institutions, MRA and other financial instruction.
- Agree inter Company balance on a monthly basis
- Preparation of weekly cash position
- Assist in Consolidation Process
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- ACCA Level 2
-At least 3 years work experience in a Finance or Accounting sector
- Strong analytical skills
-IT conversant with ability to learn new software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively ideas, concepts and information
- Ability to work under pressure and to effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines
- Able to work both independently as well as a member of a team.
