To perform a broad scope of accounting duties such as financial reporting, taxation, auditing, forensic accounting, corporate finance in order to provide information on financial records. Finding ways of reducing cost and improving revenue and manage cash flow on a day to day basis
What are your Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily organisation and smooth running of the accounts department of the Lodge
- Ensure daily control of sales /stock beverages & wine
- Ensure daily monitoring of Food Cost
- Ensure daily control of Purchase orders v/s Budget and Cash flow availability
- Involve in Budget preparation
- Involve in Capex setting
- Ensure that insurance cover of the Lodge are up todate
- Ensure that all statutory licences are complied and up todate
- Is responsible for Payroll processing
- Liase with Internal and External Auditors
