Accountant

Created in 2015, Umbrella C Ltd is a Domestic Company with a Sole Director and Shareholder. The Company provide services focusing on Management Consultancy activities including; Finance, IT, Facilities Management and Communication & Event Management.

Reporting to the Accountant, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

• Prepare the internal financial reports in an accurate and timely manner for Umbrella C Ltd.
• Manage local payment and VAT for Umbrella C Ltd.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of accounts before month end.
• Integrate and process all data on ERP (Sage X3).
• Become fully operational on ERP (Sage X3).
• Represent the Finance function during the absence of the Finance Manager.
• Build good working relationships with colleagues.
• Assist in the preparation of Financial statement for all the companies and liaise with auditors and external regulatory stakeholders for all statutory reports.
• Ensure proper filing of documents.
• Elaborate an accounting balance sheet.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• 5-7 years of experience in the field of accounting in a multi- company environment.
• ACCA Certificate.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or standard accounting software.
• Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Team player with infallible integrity and ethical standards that embody the Company’s core values.
• Excellent English and French communication skills (both written and oral).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others throughout the Company.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently; have the ability to learn rapidly; and possess sound critical thinking skills and a superior work ethic.
