SHORT JOB DESCRIPTIONS -Managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance in line with risk minimizing. -
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-Ensure timely and accuracy of the whole billing process.
-Report to hierarchy level of management and local subsidiaries performance in terms of KPI.
-Assess and solve multifaceted business matters.
REQUIREMENTS
-University graduate in any of the following: accounting, finance, management and international business
-At least 1 year working experience in the accounting Dept, international business firms trading on imports & exports and/or project coordinator.
-Knowledge on international business taxation regulation, international trade and project management business will be an advantage.
-Excellent in MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint, good presentation skills.
-ERP Oracle (accounting modules) knowledge will be an advantage.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
-Having a good sense of team spirits and self-learning skill is required.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills and fluent in English and French. Chinese or Arabic as third language will be an advantage.
-Excellent in time management, ability to meet tight deadlines.
-Readily available to work under different time zones.
