One of our client is looking for an Administrative Officer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Liaise with internal departments.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
- Higher School Certificate.
- Proven experience in an Administrative Role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
