Agriterra is looking for a motivated Admin & Payroll Clerk to join our team.
The selected candidate will assist in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations, payroll and procurement activities, and contribute to maintaining efficiency across the factory’s support functions.
Key Tasks
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures.
- Support the preparation and processing of DPRs, SPRs, and POs.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with budget and cost monitoring activities.
- Ensure accurate payroll preparation through timely updates and attendance tracking on Vipertex.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments on administrative matters.
- Assist in employee welfare activities and general office coordination.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and visitor management.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide logistical support during events and factory operations.
Candidate Profile
- HSC or equivalent qualification in Administration/Accounting or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
