Assistant SPA Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Spa Manager to help lead our spa team and ensure smooth daily operations.

In this role, you’ll support the Spa Manager, provide excellent customer service, and help create a relaxing and memorable experience for every guest. You’ll also assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and escort guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism.
• Provide personalized touches such as welcome rituals (refreshing towels, signature teas, infused waters, healthy treats).
• Curate post-treatment experiences with refreshments, rituals, or product recommendations.
• Escort guests seamlessly between spa facilities, treatment areas, and relaxation zones.
• Coordinate discreetly between therapists, reception, and other departments to ensure effortless guest flow.
• Assist in managing daily operations, staff performance, and service quality, ensuring the spa runs efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
• Monitor spa financial results, control stock usage, and ensure proper equipment care.
• Act as a key point of contact for VIP and returning guests, skillfully recommending treatments and products while promoting premium experiences with discretion and elegance.
• They consistently demonstrate integrity, composure, and confidentiality, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed guest expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• HSC or equivalent qualification
• Recognized qualifications in SPA management, wellness therapies, or a related field
• 5 years experience in SPA
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and holistic experiences
• Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office).
• Warm, welcoming personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Leadership ability to inspire, coach, and motivate team members.
