Sales & Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will be qualified to provide quality service to customers by welcoming and guiding them throughout the gym.

SPARC, a subsidiary of Casela Ltd, is the largest multisport complex on Mauritius’ idyllic west coast. Located in the heart of Uniciti smart city, it provides a wide range of health, fitness, sports and leisure experiences. 

We are currently looking for an Administrative Officer

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers entering establishment
• Provide details to customers about the service offered by the Sports Centre
• Track and keep records of membership payment of clients
• Monitor office supplies inventory for an adequate supply of stationery and equipment in the office
• Responding to enquiries and requests for information from other organisation and members of the public
• Perform visit of the establishment as and when required
• Handle payment from customers
• Handle booking of activities and facilities
• Ensure that the filing system is correctly and accurately maintained with measures for security of the data
• Notify Duty Manager immediately any time a guest is not satisfied with experience
• Perform any cognate duties as required
