Kids Club Supervisor

To plan, implement and participate in the smooth and efficient operation of the Kids Club activities.

Welcomes children, their parents and provides information on available Kids Club facilities and activities.
Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Ensures children’s security and safety during Kids Club activities.
Provides assistance and contacts superiors immediately in case of injuries or sickness during Kids Club activities.
Informs parents immediately in case of problems with the child/children.
Verifies that all delegated duties are carried out in accordance with the Hotel’s standards, check lists and with Management instructions.
Oversees the efficient implementation and execution of all SOP(s) at all times.
Offers solutions to Kids Club operating problems and complaints.
Monitors compliance of Team Members with grooming, hygiene, safety regulations and procedures.
Verifies cleanliness and order in the Kids Club facilities.

Supervises activities of Team Members and allocates tasks responsibilities for the Kids Club Team Members in order to ensure maximum guest satisfaction during performances.
Assists superiors with organising and facilitating on-the-job training, coaching sessions in order to develop knowledge and competencies.
Provides regular feedback to Team Members on their performance.
Conducts regular briefings, monthly meetings with the Entertainment Team Members to share information and handle any working issues.
Takes corrective actions when necessary, reports misconduct and unsafe work practices immediately to superiors.
Develops and organises the Kids Club Entertainment programs and activities as per Hotel’s standards.
Supervises and participates in all scheduled activities as required.
