Global leader International SOS seeks a Client Services Representative to support Sales & Marketing with renewals, onboarding, invoicing, reporting, and Salesforce compliance while enabling business development success.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Sales Support:
- Facilitate 120-day renewal process and pipeline reviews.
- Assist with new account implementation and renewals.
- Oversee digital product rollouts and client onboarding.
- Compliance & Contract Management:
- Track and store contracts; ensure approvals per GAPP.
- Escalate non-standard requests to Legal/Commercial Services.
- Invoicing:
- Prepare monthly invoicing templates; ensure timely dispatch.
- Salesforce Management:
- Maintain real-time updates; monitor compliance and adoption.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate client activity/utilization reports; review accuracy.
- Quality of Service:
- Maintain data integrity; ensure operational procedures are accurate.
- OH&S Responsibilities:
- Promote safety culture; ensure compliance with OH&S standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and in multicultural environments.
- Competencies: Action-oriented, customer focus, planning, perseverance, teamwork.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or analytical role.
- Sales/commercial degree or diploma preferred.
- English & French required; Portuguese/Mandarin advantageous.
