We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tamarin. The ideal candidate will assist with general office administration, document handling, and daily operational support.

 


Location: Tamarin, Black River

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the office team

  • Handle filing, data entry, and correspondence

  • Assist in coordinating logistics and office supplies

  • Support basic accounting or invoicing tasks when required

  • Liaise with external partners and service providers

Requirements:

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience in import/export administration will be an advantage
