Assistant Manager, Beach

To ensure that allocated jobs to beach waiters are being done as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervising beach waiters
• Handling guests’ complaint
• Giving support to beach waiters
• Performing any other work as may be assign by the beach manager
• Assist in conducting appraisals

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• School Certificate level
• Fluent in English and French both written and spoken
• Computer literate
• Proactive and be ready to work under pressure
• Good product knowledge
• Fully aware of his own department goals and targets as well as the Vision and Mission of the hotel
