Urban Home is looking for a reliable and experienced Driver (4 Tons) to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and timely delivery of goods to our retail outlets and customers, while upholding excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 4-ton goods vehicle for delivery and collection of merchandise.
• Load and unload goods from the warehouse to various locations.
• Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of products during transportation.
• Conduct daily checks on vehicle condition and report any issues.
• Assist in warehouse duties when required.
• Maintain delivery logs and submit relevant documents to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Always maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Communicating with customers, acknowledging, and resolving promptly to customer complaint/queries through various channels.

Profile & Requirements:

• Valid Goods Vehicle Driving Licence (4 tons).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Mauritius road networks.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks.
• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, workshop
• Located in La Tour Koenig, Port Louis
• Mon to Fri: 08h30 - 17h,
• Sat: 08h30 > 14h30.
• May be required to do overtime from time to time.
