In charge of Reservation

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist visitors and deal with inquiries over the phone / face to face
  • Answer internal/external calls for booking and planning of tasks
  • Assist in the Workshop planning using appropriate software 
  • Provide administrative support to the department.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service (both internal and external)
Requirements:
  • Holder of HSC/ Diploma 
  • At least 1 year’ experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Experience in the automobile industry will be an advantage

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Customer Focus and Good inter-personal skills
  • Good Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
