An F&D Marketing Coordinator will report to the Commercial Director and F&D Manager to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan of the F&D department, to increase hotel brand awareness.

 

The F&B Marketing Coordinator supports the Food & Beverage department by executing marketing initiatives that enhance restaurant visibility, drive guest engagement, and increase revenue across all dining outlets.

 

The role blends creativity with strong operational awareness, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand standards, guest expectations, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotions

•                Assist in developing and executing promotional calendars for all dining outlets (theme nights, seasonal menus, festive campaigns, special events).

•                Coordinate photo shoots, menu highlights, and visual assets required for marketing materials.

•                Support digital campaigns across social media, the hotel website, and email newsletters.

•                Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) that showcases culinary offerings and guest experiences.

•                Ensure all F&B promotions adhere to brand guidelines.

2. Coordination With Operations

•                Work closely with Chefs, F&B Managers, and outlet supervisors to gather updates, menu changes, key selling points, and upcoming initiatives.

•                Ensure accurate communication of promotions to operational teams.

•                Support event setups, tastings, and small activations when required.

3. Guest Engagement & Insights

•                Collect and analyse guest feedback related to dining experiences.

•                Monitor online reviews and highlight trends to the F&B leadership team.

•                Assist with community engagement and influencer collaborations.

4. Administrative Support

•                Maintain an organised library of marketing assets (photos, menus, promotional designs).

•                Coordinate printing, suppliers, and design agencies when needed.

•                Support with menu proofing and updates.

5. Digital & Brand Management

•                Assist in updating menus, promotions, and events on the hotel’s digital platforms.

•                Review F&B pages online for accuracy and consistency.

•                Support the management of internal communication channels for F&B.

Qualifications & Skills

•                Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.

•                1–2 years of experience in marketing, F&B operations, or hospitality roles (internships accepted).

•                Strong writing, design, and social media skills.

•                Excellent coordination, follow-up, and time-management abilities.

•                Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

•                Basic photography/videography skills are an advantage.

•                Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

•                Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus.
