The Team Member will act as the continuous Guest Experience/Relations coordination with the internal & external guests by ensuring that the guests’ expectations are met by collecting feedback continuously and encouraging guests to post reviews/comments on trip advisor to boost the hotel reputation
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure service standards are consistently met by coordinating special requests, accommodations, and personalized services.
- Maintain guest records, feedback logs, and reports.
- Participate in training programs related to customer service and hospitality.
- Maintain clear communication between departments (front desk, housekeeping, operations, etc.).
