We are currently looking for a Temporary Trainee – Human Resources to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities (sourcing, scheduling interviews, documentation).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help in preparing HR letters, filing, and maintaining employee records.
• Provide administrative support for attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
• Assist in training coordination and HR projects.
• Support daily HR queries and general HR operations.

Profile:

• Diploma or BSc in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with accuracy, and handle tasks with care and professionalism.
