We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Mini Bar Attendant to join our team! As a Mini Bar Attendant, you'll be responsible for restocking and maintaining mini bars in hotel rooms,
Key Responsibilities:
- Restock mini bars with a variety of beverages and snacks.
- Check mini bar contents against inventory lists to ensure accuracy.
- Replenish stock as needed and record consumption.
- Ensure all items are properly chilled and stored.
- Monitor mini bar inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Identify and report slow-moving or expired items.
- Collaborate with purchasing team to optimize inventory levels.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests with mini bar-related inquiries.
- Respond to guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Offer suggestions and recommendations for mini bar items.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bar areas.
- Ensure mini bars are stocked and presented to our high standards.
- Clean and sanitize mini bar equipment and storage areas.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless room preparation.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to team discussions.
About You:
The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French. Food handler's certificate is a must. Experience with inventory management or stock control is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills and accuracy with inventory management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
