We’re seeking a Cosmetics Training Specialist to lead a 6-month program, equipping our parapharmacy team with the skills and confidence to expertly advise clients on cosmetics and skincare tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver comprehensive training covering cosmetic ingredients, product safety, application techniques, and client advisory skills.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve a consistent, high standard of service and professional product advice.
• Provide firsthand demonstrations and guidance in facial, nail, and hair care product categories.
• Evaluate trainees’ progress and recommend follow-up development plans.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and customer care best practices.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the cosmetics or dermo-cosmetics industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and their dermatological implications.
• Demonstrated expertise in training, coaching, or team development within a retail, pharmacy, or beauty environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
