Support Senior Store/Store Supervisors in efficiently managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service.
Prepare delivery of products as per invoice
Check products before packing
Pack products for deliveries and ensure the delivery invoice is signed by four signatories: the one who prepared, checked, counted, and confirmed the quantity
Assist the Store Supervisor and Manager where applicable
Replace colleagues when instructed
Perform any cognate duties
Accompany drivers for deliveries across the island
Ensure all payments – cash and credit – received from customers tally with orders delivered
Deposit all payments in the company’s vehicle safe immediately after collection
Verify worksheets before deliveries are performed
Ensure all client invoices are signed, stamped, and include the delivery time
Remit all payments to the assigned employee and verify amounts match orders delivered
Liaise with the Store Manager regarding any delivery queries
Inform Managers and Supervisors on the same day of any undelivered client orders
Minimum Form 5
Ability to read and write French and English
Good communication skills
Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as Store Helper / Store Assistant / Store Clerk
