We are currently seeking for an organized and professional Receptionist to become a vital part of our team join our team at Life Medical Clinic Bon Pasteur, ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk experience for our patients and staff.

 We are currently seeking for an organised and professional Receptionist to become a vital part of our team join our team at Life Medical Clinic Bon Pasteur, ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk experience for our patients and staff.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls professionally.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet and assist visitors courteously, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Control and monitor visitor access, especially outside designated visiting hours.
  • Address and resolve basic inquiries or complaints from customers and the public.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Ensure the reception area and waiting lounge are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain safe custody of sensitive documents and correspondence.
  • Assist with patient admissions and coordinate with the Invoicing Team for system registration and pre-admission processing.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar front-desk or telephony role.
  • Proficiency in operating computerized systems and office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of customer service and hospitality.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
