Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and plan daily site work.

• Communicate tasks and objectives clearly to team members.

• Supervise and motivate a teams.

• Allocate and manage resources efficiently.

• Solve worksite issues and find practical solutions.

• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

• Lead by example, ensuring safety, quality and best practices on site.

• Liaise with supervisors/clients to ensure work is completed to specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a team leader/foreman in false ceiling, drywall partitioning, or similar interior finishing trades.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good organisational and communication skills.

• Hands-on approach and willingness to work on site.

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to make quick decisions.

• Valid driving licence.
