About the Role: As a Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in building strong client relationships, supporting key sales activities, and driving business to our stunning beachfront property. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and have a flair for hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Manage and maintain relationships with tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks: scheduling, collateral, appointments, etc.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Draft contracts, proposals, and agreements for group bookings and events.
Represent Ocean’s Creek at trade fairs, consumer shows, and industry events.
Organize and host site inspections and familiarization (FAM) trips.
Conduct market research, identify new leads, and monitor competitor activity.
Contribute to departmental revenue targets and sales goals.
Assist in the development of the Sales & Marketing Plan and budget.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless guest and client service delivery.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Sales.
Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel sales or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
