Maureva is looking for high profiles that would be able to invest themselves in the complex business logic that we have in the airlines industry , and particularly in Revenue Management and Revenue Accounting.
Be part of a dynamic team of software developers involved in the Software Development, Technical Documentation, and Testing of our internationally implemented Airline Revenue Accounting software.
You will also provide ongoing Technical Support to both our BPO centre and external Clients.
Qualifications and Experience :
- BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent - At least 1 year working experience in Software Development
Profile :
- Strong Technical, Analytical and Problem Solving skills. - Highly motivated and result-oriented team player with a strong ability to meet deadlines. - Good interpersonal communication skills. - Knowledge of SQL is a pre-requisite. - Experience in Oracle Forms and Reports/Linux/PHP/Java will be a definite advantage.
Develop web based applications and database-backed websites.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience :
IT Graduate. Strong knowledge of SQL server (2000/2005/2008) Exposure to XML, XLST, HTML, AJAX, CSS. Good Analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. Ability to work at a fast pace and within deadlines. A minimum of 2 years work experience in OO programming using ASP.NET (VB)
General background: • At least grade B in Accounting or Mathematics at advanced level. • Good credit at “O” level and fluency in English & French. • Competent Microsoft Office user (Word; Power Point; Excel; Email) • At least 1 year of experience in an accounting / administrative role. • Experience in transactional accounting in a BPO environment and working with an accounting ERP would be an advantage

Specific Duties: • Perform FPO operations for a multinational client involving accounting processes for different geographies. • Contact customers via e-mail/phone and initiate collection activities. • Reinstate accounts when payment is received. • Providing collection data and contact details to the Collection Agency. • Register & resolve invoice disputes in a timely manner.
