OUR CLIENTS
Our client, a leading consulting firm is looking to recruit an ERP Consultant. Your challenge is to play a leading role in the successful implementation of ERP solutions for companies.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• You are expected to match the requirement of the clients to the capabilities of the ERP system and improve existing business processes
• Understanding the business requirements
• Design business process
• Develop functional specifications
• Ensures excellent customer relationships with customers by handling complaints of clients and solving problem as quickly as possible.
• Coordinate with Technical consultant for implementation
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Degree in a Management field or BSc Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science
• At least 3 years of working experience with an ERP in one of the following fields:
 - Accounting and Finance
 - HR
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge in one of the following ERPs would be an advantage:
SAP, Oracle, Siebel,
• Understanding of computer systems and programming languages would be an advantage
• Fluent in English and French
