- Monitor and grow existing portfolio of corporate business - Handle and follow-up on customer`s portfolio - propose and promote products to prospective and existing customers - Prepare and send quotations - Handle customer`s queries, complaints etc ( Including brokers)
Experience :
- Minimum HSC level or any equivalent qualifications - 2 years experience preferably within the insurance industry - Excellent writing and organistional skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be customer oriented individual
-Develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures. -Monitor and coordinate compliance activities of the different departments. -Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerabilities/risks, and develop corrective plans. -Provide regular s on changes in legislation. -Liaise with regulatory institutions. -Provide compliance training.
Experience :
-Holder of a university degree in Law/Management or any other acceptable qualification. -Experience in a compliance environment in the financial services sector would be an advantage. -Excellent writing and organizational skills. -Self starter and proactive. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Assist surveyor in the field on a daily basis. -Inspect condition & value of new business vehicles. -Scout local market to source cheaper parts. -Quality control insured’s repaired vehicles. -Tracking of replaced parts.
Experience :
-Holder of HSC or NVQ certificate. -Must have relevant Panel shop experience. -Self discipline, honest and able to work alone. -Must be customer service oriented individual. -Holder of a valid Motorcycle license. -Must be willing to learn new skills and accept to follow instruction.
