Responsibilities : |
• The role is part of Emerging Markets Operations for our Client giving first class service to customers in Sales, Finance and Overlays, as well as supports other Operational functions. The role will be a key interface for the activities detailed below and either directly or indirectly partner with other business function groups, including participating in projects. • Provide local support person for customers, ensuring the Theatre wide policies and processes are applied in-region. • Responsible for ensuring tools driving territory set-up are supported, configured, maintained and enhanced working in collaboration with Root Cause team to ensure the tool is functioning. • Ensure continuous improvement in quality and volume automation of sales credit assignments. • Responsible for hierarchy assignment maintenance, as well as Goalsheet set-up for the Emerging Markets region. • Providing reports • Extra support over month-end / quarter-end regarding cleaning up of old claims, checking unallocated buckets, escalations regarding allocations. |

Required skills & qualifications: : |
• Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university and 4 years relevant experience. • Fluent in English and preferred at least one local languages in the Emerging Markets region. • Proven success in collaboration, teamwork and cross functional and cross cultural groups. • Ability to work in high-stress environment and working on own initiative is essential. • Excellent verbal (oral), presentation and writing skills. • Good negotiation skills. • Strong communication skills. • Work well under pressure, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills (verbal & written) plans. • Ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies. • Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Microsoft Project and Microsoft Access. • Strong knowledge of Business Objects. • Good understanding of the concept of processes. • Self motivation, creativity, analytical approach to things, detail oriented, relationship building, flexibility in a fast-paced changing environment and responsiveness are must have skills in this position. • Equivalent work experience, preferably within the I.T sector. |
