Main Responsibilities
&61607; Plan, monitor repairs and maintenance of a fleet of vehicles
&61607; Follow up and coordinate work progress to meet required standards
&61607; Supervise and motivate team of mechanics
&61607; Assure high Health, Safety & Security, Environment standard at all levels of the garage operations
Requirements
&61607; Diploma/Degree in mechanical engineering or minimum SC with at least 5+ years experience in a workshop environment (automotive and diesel engines)
&61607; Familiar working with and implementing quality standards
&61607; A hands-on approach
&61607; Fluent in French and English
&61607; Dynamic and proactive person
&61607; Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
&61607; Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business
