Our Client is seeking to recruit Waiter/Waitress for its operations in Seychelles Island
Responsibilities
To provide a reliable and efficient service to all guest;
To carry out daily setting up in the Restaurants and other specified locations;
To prepare condiments for service and other service equipments;
To ensure that all guest orders are met accordingly;
To assist in catering services taking place at the airport;
To ensure that all service equipments are ready before service starts;
To maintain a high degree of both personal hygiene and grooming at all times;
To carry out inventories on the restaurants service standards.
Profile
Qualification in Hotel and Hospitality Studies or equivalent;
Good general level of education;
Should possess a Diploma/Certificate in Food & Beverage service plus customer care course or training;
At least one year successful work experience;
Knowledge and skills of waitress;
Good communication skills;
Problem solving and organizational skills;
Available to work nights, weekends or public holidays;
Experience in the hospitality;
Dynamic and able to work under pressure.
Punctual, Reliable and Honest.
Self motivated, professional, courteous and an enthusiastic team player.
