Waiter/Waitress

Ensure that guest’s orders are taken promptly, correctly, courteously and processed efficiently.

• Ensure all guests are greeted at the entrance of the restaurant, as far as possible by their name, well received-seated (at the desired or reserved seat) or accompanied to the bar/ buffet area.
• Ensure that all guest complaints are attended to personally, followed-up and reported to prevent problems from recurring (liaison with the team member/ Head Waiter/ Restaurant Supervisor)
• To work in collaboration and cooperation with other departments and ensure a smooth flow of information.
• To be of constructive assistance to other Waiters in performing their duties whenever their workload is high.
